Update March 17, 2005: ATM Project!

Things are going very well with the ATM Project right now. We finished another tune for our upcoming CD. It is called "Nebula", with ripping solos from Alan and Tymon, interacting time signatures and a flavor of both jazz and heavy rock.

Update September 3, 2004: new plans, new recording

I added a recording to the sounds section of Anórien jamming away in the rehearsal room. I used the delite on this one.
Also, Tymon Kruidenier and myself have plans to take things a bit further with the ATM project. We'll work on new material and want to record an actual studio CD featuring real drums. More info on this will follow.

Update June 1, 2004: new drumkit!

I finally purchased a new drumkit! It's a Sonor Delite, in birdseye azure finish. Sizes are: 8"x8",10"x9",12"x10" toms, 16"x16" floortom and a 20"x17" bassdrum. These drums consist of thin maple shells with reinforcement rings. Their sound is warm and direct - simply amazing. The outer ply is birdseye maple.  I already owned the matching 14"x5" Delite snaredrum. Check out the pictures section for photographs.
